Volunteer

We would love to hear from you if you are interested in gifting your time and skills. Volunteering is a great way to join the Evolve team, gain event experience, share your passion and meet wonderful new people.

We ask 8-10 hours for a Saturday & Sunday weekend ticket, and 12-14 hours for a Friday - Sunday ticket with camping. The roles are varied, from site art, event set up and pack down to cleaning!

We ask that you attend a volunteer induction and health and safety session in the week before the event.

We really value any help. If you have an inspiring idea you'd like to see at the Festival too, get in touch!

  • Before Festival Roles

    SETUP: You need to be available in the week before the festival starts. This job includes putting up marquees, basic construction work, fencing etc. We require strong and practical people. DECOR: Decorating the site with art work and lighting etc. We would love some creatively minded people for this job.

  • During the Festival Roles

    FRONT OF HOUSE/ GATE STAFF/WORKSHOP ANGELS These positions require a good grasp of the English language, an ability to remain calm under pressure and a happy and welcoming demeanor. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE: A healthy environment is important for all festival participants. Yes, toilets need to be cleaned. Its a fairly easy job and is great for your karma 🙂

  • After the Festival Roles

    PACK DOWN: We need a healthy gang of volunteers to help pack it all down. An ability to work independently & as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative.
