To achieve best taste & healthiest results we pride in using organic nz grown flours, raw sugar kept to a minimum, locally grown fruits and veges whenever possible, locally farmed A2 milk & cream from Oaklands, free range eggs etc… all kept cool and prepared from our solar powered off grid house!
